the worst pharmacy EVER in Buffalo. DO NOT GO HERE unless you want to be told your medicine is about to be filled and it’s out a stock when you arrive. They get attitude the one guy decided to raise his voice at me when I became disappointed I wasn’t getting the service I deserve. One older woman decided to go back and fourth me one day which was way out of her barrier of my respect not maintaining any professionalism. I do not recommend even a doctors appointment. If you want your meds go to either cvs or Walgreens. Honestly the place was better when it was at ecmc.

Worst place ever. The receptionist at the medical center(2nd F) was very rude. She doesn’t know how to speak to patients. When I got there, she didn’t even look at me at first and when she did she looked at me with an attitude. As if I was annoying her. Her attitude got me more sicker than I already was. My original doctor never shows up or speaks to the patients. Another PC take cares of me. Takes more than a month to talk about blood works and you have to come in the office just to talk about it and then they will prescribe medication. Not a good experience at their dental office either. They can’t never give appointments on time. Even if you have an emergency. I hope I never have to go there again.

They have everything in one building so you can do your blood work and get your medicines at the pharmacy. They even have physical therapy and behavioral health if needed. They are partnered with catholic health and refer to that network for any other needs such as xrays, etc. I been there for years and usually I leave happy and I'm very inpatient.
